Meet Our Advisory Board

Jane Peck, Practice Administrator, has been with Endodontic Specialists since 1995.  She holds an MBA from the University of Colorado and is a registered nurse with 25+ years experience in healthcare management.  Jane is committed to exceptional customer service and has led the organization four times to earn the Better Business Bureau Excellence in Customer Service Award.
 
Active with the AADOM, Jane recently was awarded the title, Fellow of the American Association of Dental Office Managers (FAADOM)  in recognition of her commitment to continuing education.  Jane enjoys the opportunity to network with other dental practices and share her knowledge and experience as both a speaker and coach.

Rhonda S. Luker, PHR has served as a dental practice manager for over ten years.  She holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Organizational Management, an Associate of Applied Science Degree in Accounting plus has earned her certification as a Professional in Human Resources.  Rhonda feels education and collaboration are key to the success of any organization.
